Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped within two business days of placing your order via the USPS, First-Class or Priority-Mail. Faster shipping services may be available upon request.

Returns Policy:
We will accept the return of defective or damaged items for replacement or refund. Notification of claim must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Claim Procedure:
Contact us with the following information within 3 days of receipt of shipment: Your name, order date, date received, item description and a brief description of the damage. (i.e. crushed in shipment). We may request the return of the original package. Retain the damaged item(s) and original packaging for a minimum of two weeks after filing the claim to permit inspection and or pick-up the package by the shipper.
